Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondents. It is stated by learned counsel for both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt 20.6.2017, in Writ Petition No.19966 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned notice dt 10.4.2018 issued by respondent No.4 is set aside. No costs.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
