This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.90 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Armoor.

Heard. Perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced before this Court the online case status of the subject C'C,, which reveals that the subject C.C. was disposed of on 27.03.2018.

4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Crrminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
