LAKSHMAN W RI T PETI TI ON No.1 8 0 4 9 of 2 0 1 9 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the action of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, in not considering the petitioners' request for extension of time to pay the requisite fee and in not allowing them to upload their applications for counselling for admission into MBBS/ BDS Courses under Management Quota (B & C Categories) in the II Phase of counselling during the academic year 2019-20.

By interim order dated 21.08.2019 passed in IA.No.1 of 2019 filed in this writ petition, this Court permitted the petitioners to pay the fee by 2.00 PM on 22.08.2019 and in the event they did so, the University was directed to accept the same and not include their seats in the II Phase counselling.

Sri V. Ramesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would now inform this Court that the matter stands settled pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court which was duly acted upon. He states that no further order needs to be passed in the writ petition in the light of this development.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
