HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO F.C.A.No.128 of 2005 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 is filed by the appellant-husband aggrieved by the order and decree dated 04.08.2003 in O.P.No.419 of 2001 passed by the Family Court, Secunderabad, dismissing the petition filed by him under Section 13(1)(a) (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of marriage and to grant a decree of divorce.

2. Though the appeal is of the year 2005, as there was no representation for the appellant on 28.01.2015, it was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

3. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant.
