This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Kodada Town Police Station in not registering the First Information Report, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner dated 17.06.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on earlier occasion i.e., on 09.09.2019 produced a copy of the notice dated 22.07.2019 stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and he was also informed that the same is civil in nature and a copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. Taking note of the same on record, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
