THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5487 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging order in I.A.No.136 of 2012 in O.S.No.835 of 2011 dated 13.07.2012 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioners filed a petition under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act which was partly allowed by the Trial Court.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 13.07.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. Now, it is informed by the Family Court, Hyderabad, that O.S.No. 835 of 2003 was disposed of on 22.07.2014. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
