HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10490 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9636 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.221 of 2016 of Narayanpet Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 306 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10490 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
