According to the petitioner, she is the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3.13 cents in Sy.No.156 and 157-1 of Pattinapalem Village, Jangareddigudem Mandal, which was acquired by her from her husband as ancestral property and she was also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in her favour. Petitioner further contends that out of love and affection, she had gifted the subject lands to her grand sons in the year 2017 by way of registered documents. While so, after executing the gift deeds in favour of her grand sons, she was not looked after and was thrown out by her grand sons. Having no alternative, petitioner intend to cancel the gift deeds executed in favour of her grand sons, vide cancellation deeds dated 30.01.2018. Pursuant to the said cancellation deeds, petitioner made an online application for mutating her name and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in her favour. A receipt dated 13.03.2018 to that extent was also issued. But so far no order is communicated on mutation of her name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 2.
It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
