HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 6203 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel, appearing for the respondent, had contended that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the reversion orders from the post of Travelling Ticket Inspector to Assistant Depot Clerk/Controller, vide proceedings dated 11.03.2004 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions of status-quo, vide orders dated 1.4.2004 and, by virtue of the said interim orders, the petitioner was allowed to continue as Travelling Ticket Inspector and during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The Standing Counsel for the respondents contends that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim orders. In view of the same, Writ Petition is closed.
