Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that both the appellants died long time back and that no steps, as required under law, are taken for bringing on record their legal representatives and therefore, the Appeal Suit stands abated. Recording the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
