This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.01.2013 in I.A.No.403 of 2012 in R.C.No.163 of 2007 passed by the II Addl.Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad allowing the application filed under Section 151 CPC and Section 8(3) of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent, and Eviction) Control, Act.

During the pendency of this revision, R.C.No.163 of 2007 itself was disposed of on 27.11.2014. Now, an appeal in R.A.No.9 of 2015 is pending before the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. Therefore, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this petition. Hence, this petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
