This Civil Revision Petition is filed against notice in Form No.6-A under Order 38 Rule 5 of C.P.C in I.A.No.85 of 2016 in O.S.No.73 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

A perusal of the impugned notice dated 20.05.2016 shows that it is only a show-cause notice issued under Order 38 Rule 5 C.P.C and it is for the petitioner file objections regarding the same. No infirmity was brought to the notice of this court in the impugned notice.

In view of the above, it is for the petitioners to file counter raising all objections to the impugned notice in I.A.No.85 of 2016 and the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders under Order 38 Rule 6(2) of C.P.C, after issuing notice to the parties.
