This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, preferably a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records relating to and connected with the order and judgment rendered in O.A. No.976/2001 and batch dt.19.03.2002 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal and to quash or set-aside the same by holding the same as erroneous and unsustainable and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to continue the petitioner as Joint Director of Industries in terms of G.O.Ms. No.88 dt.15.02.2001 of the State Government issued in pursuance to the directions issued in WP No.20204/2002 dt.21.01.2001 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper." At the hearing, Sri P. Venugopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of this Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. No.15486 of 2002 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J ________________________
