This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.571 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
