Heard Smt. N.Shoba, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents.

2. By order dated 12-01-2015, the 2nd respondent-Divisional Forest Officer, Kadapa directed the release of the tractor and compressor bearing registration No.AP 16N 8586 on condition of the petitioner furnishing bank guarantee for Rs.4 lakhs. Against the said order, the present writ petition is filed.

3. I do not think that the condition imposed is onerous requiring the interference of this Court in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
