This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in refusing the application of the petitioner dated 28.03.2017 for building permission in respect of her house plot bearing No.1013, situated in RS No.44/1 part of Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.7615 of 2017, vide order dated 06.03.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.7615 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
