THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2678 of 2017 ORDER:

1) Aggrieved by the order, dated 21.04.2017, passed in I.A.No.218 of 2017 in O.S.No.101 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor, wherein an application filed under Order VI Rule 17 of C.P.C. read with Rule 28 of the Civil Rules of Practice, seeking permission of the Court to amend the plaint, was rejected, the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2) Today, on verification, it is found that O.S.No.101 of 2008 was withdrawn by the plaintiffs on 31.07.2017. Since the suit itself was withdrawn, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

3) In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4) As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
