It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the grievance of the writ petitioner is pending by way of representations, but the same are not disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 26.02.2018, 08.03.2018, 13.03.2018, 14.03.2018 and 06.04.2018, in terms of judgment in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch dated 30.11.2017 and take action accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
