This application is filed seeking to relax or modify condition No.2 imposed by this Court in the order dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.P.No.6476 of 2023. The condition imposed was that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer every day from 07.08.2023 to 28.08.2023. Since the condition was upto 28.08.2023, the cause does not survive for adjudication in this application.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
