Smt.S.A.V.Ratnam for petitioner after arguing the writ petition for considerable length of time and realizing the difficulty in convincing the Court prefers not to press the present writ prayer, however, seeks liberty to work out the remedies under the R.O.R. Act.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
