This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the G.O.Rt.No.2235, Revenue (Endowments-II) Department dated 22.11.2005 in canceling the regularization of the petitioner's services as Law Officer as illegal. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri G. Rajeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
