This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 05.10.2012, in EP.No.43 of 2010 in OS.No.364 of 1993, on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. At the hearing, Dr.JVSH.Sastry, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the case has been settled out of the Court and that therefore, the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
