CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.652 of 2016 Dt: 13.10.2016 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against Order, dated 08-07-2016, in W.P.No.21967 of 2016.

Mr.S.Lakshmi Kanth, learned Counsel for the appellant. submitted that he has received a letter from his client requesting him to withdraw the Writ Appeal. He has, accordingly, submitted that his client is not interested in pursuing this Writ Appeal; that he is personally present in the Court; and that he is willing to endorse on the file to the above effect.

In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, a copy of the docket proceeding in WA.No.652 of 2016 shall be placed in WA.No.765 of 2016. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.1685 of 2016, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
