THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15592 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (AP) for respondents. 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 05.06.2018, in W.P.No.18271 of 2018 of this Court. A copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Having regard to the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2682 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. It is further made clear that the petitioner herein is entitled to make available the information as to the source of the goods and, on furnishing the said information, as mentioned in the above referred Division Bench judgment, the respondents herein shall release the subject-vehicle along with the goods. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 05.06.2018, in W.P.No.18271 of 2018 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
