Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed Writ Petition Nos.2630 of 2018 & batch on 20.03.2019 and said submission is not disputed by Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondentState Election Commission. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also for the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 20.03.2019 in WP Nos.2630 of 2018 & batch, this Writ Petition is also allowed.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
