THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.770 of 2016 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw D.V.C. No.90 of 2016 from the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru, West Godavari District and transfer the same to the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of the of fresh petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
