This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter was compounded at the instance of Lok Adalat on 23.08.2014. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate. 4.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
