ORDER

Though the matter underwent several adjournments under the caption 'for orders, there was no representation for petitioners. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
