HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18168 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Central Government has informed this Court that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved with the issuance of the orders dated 19.08.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly it is closed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
