Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the lis involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 01-112017 passed in WA No.282 of 2010 by this Court in an identical matter. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Government Pleaders for Irrigation and Land Acquisition.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of for the reasons and in terms of the order dated 01-11-2017 passed in WA No.282 of 2010.
