This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dt.08.08.2019, 10.08.2019 and 16.08.2019 against respondents 5 to 8. Leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.16.08.2019 submitted by the Head Constable, Mustabad P.S., Rajanna Siricilla District, stating that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner a GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted; and that the said enquiry disclosed that the dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 is civil in nature and the same was also informed to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will avail alternate remedy.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petitions is disposed of and it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
