Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to issue pattadar passbook and title deed to the petitioner pursuant to the proceeding No.B/1258/2018, dated 10.10.2018. Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application through on-line in Dharani Portal ventilating his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the concerned authority shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice.
