HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20801 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as Instructress of the Anganwadi Centre at Yaragam village of Sarubujjili Mandal of Srikakulam District.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioner as Instructress, vide orders dated 22.10.2002 in WPMP No.26038 of 2002.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
