This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Court below to receive and number the suit in OS (SR) No.1158 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, East Godavari District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the revision petition is allowed directing the trial Court to register the suit. However, the trial Court can decide the maintainability of the suit as one of the issues. There shall be no order as to costs.
