Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.5.27 cents in Sy.No.454, Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.455, Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.98 and Ac.6.22 cents in Sy.No.454/1 of Bollalanka Village, Kapileswarapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, which was acquired by inheritance. While so, the Lankala Surveyor has divided his land and allotted some extent to third parties. In order to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners, petitioner submitted application through Meekosam on 27.03.2017 to the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land and demarcate, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
It is seen from the record that on 27.03.2017, application was made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Meekosam.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Revenue Divisional Officer-2nd respondent is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and
- 3 - suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
