HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18112 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 4 to 6 in calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.7.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that except making GD entry on the complaint given by petitioner, respondent-police are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.7.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.7. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-police from investigating into any crime. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
