This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu in Crl.M.P. No.403 of 2018, dated 19.04.2018, in Crime No.30 of 2018 of Ananthapuramu IV Town P.S. While enlarging the petitioner/A-2 on bail, the learned Sessions Judge directed the petitioner/A-2 to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in the form of fixed deposit in the name of Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Ananthapuramu and with two sureties who shall also deposit Rs.1,00,000/- each in the form of fixed deposit in the name of Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Ananthapuramu. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the material available on record.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the impugned order is modified and instead of cash deposit, the petitioner is permitted to produce immovable property security of an equal sum. Accordingly, and in the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
