THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.676 of 2017 and COMPANY PETITION No.87 of 2013 ORDER:

In view of the settlement reached between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the company petition. However, with a liberty to pursue the remedies in the event the settlement arrived at is not implemented.

The company application is allowed making it clear that it will be always open for the petitioner to pursue remedies available in law. Consequently, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this company petition, shall stand closed.
