THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.567 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that in the charge sheet, the names of the petitioners, who are arraigned as Accused Nos.3 to 10, were deleted and the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bichkunda, Kamareddy, has taken cognizance only against Accused No.1. A perusal of the endorsement made at the bottom of the last page of the photostat copy of the charge sheet, which is filed in the material papers, shows the learned Magistrate taking cognizance against Accused No.1 alone for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 to 10 seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
