This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.40 of 2011 of Subedari Police Station, Warangal District.

When the matter is posted today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter, dated 10.05.2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Police Station, would submit that Sessions Case No.63 of 2012 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Warangal, (concerning to Crime No.40 of 2011) was ended in acquittal as per the judgment, dated 18.11.2015, and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed.

Upon perusal of letter, dated 10.05.2017, issued by the SubInspector of Police, Subedari Police Station, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
