Heard Sri.Vivek Jain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G. Ravi Mohan and Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the respondents in both the cases respectively.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents have fairly submitted that as against the common order passed by the respondent No.3 a batch of Writ Petitions were filed before this Court; i.e., WP.Nos.15470, 15471, 15473, 15474 and 15475 of 2005 and the said writ petitions were disposed of on 11.09.2019, and placed copy of the said order. 3.

In terms of the common order dated 11-09-2019 passed by this Court in WP.Nos.15470, 15471, 15473, 15474 and 15475 of 2005, both the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
