ORDER:

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, State of Telangana, Hyderabad (2nd respondent), dated 20.11.2014, directing the Special Officer, S.K.E. Degree College, Sirpur Kagaznagar, and the Project Officer, ITDA, Utnoor, Adilabad District, to take necessary action on the issue of appointment of Incharge Principal in violation of seniority based on a complaint given by a person by name J. Raghava Reddy. Subsequently, the petitioner was granted Incharge arrangements vide proceedings, dated 16.02.2015, which proceedings are under challenge in W.P.No.5593 of 2015 and the petitioner herein is the 5th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the petitioner has since retired from service on 31.03.2015 and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 29th December, 2015
