HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5160 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 07.09.2015 issued by the 5th respondent vide No.B/2505/2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 26.09.2015 vide No.B/2505/2015 issued by the 5th respondent stating that in pursuant to the notice dated 07.09.2015, the resumptions orders are passed. When once the resumption orders are passed, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the resumption orders dated 26.09.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
