THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.6634 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to modify the order dated 26-06-2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1421 of 2015 in Crime No.277 of 2015 by the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and reduce the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each to Rs.5,000/- with single surety.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of by modifying the impugned order to the extent of the petitioner as follows: The petitioner/A5 is directed to surrender before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar within two weeks from today and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate is directed to release the petitioner/A5 on bail on her executing bond for Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar.
