Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that she is absolute owner of the land to an extent of Ac.1.33 cents in Sy.No.133/3 of Peddamarur village, Veepangandla Mandal, Mahabubnagar district by virtue of registered settlement deed vide document no.937/2014 dated 22.03.2014 executed by her father and she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. Due to changes made by the State Government with respect to revenue jurisdiction, Peddamarur village fell in the jurisdiction of Chinnambavi mandal. Petitioner submitted representation dated 16.12.2017 to the Tahsildar to conduct survey and fix the boundaries as per the settlement deed dated 22.03.2014 by paying requisite fee. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.
It is seen from the record that on 16.12.2017, requisite fee was paid, by way of challan, for conducting land survey. 4.
Since application is already made, the respondent authorities are directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
