It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders dated 07.01.2015 in W.P.No.40902 of 2014 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for the reasons alike in the order dated 07.01.2015 in W.P.No.40902 of 2014, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
