THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21730 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not handing over the keys of the petitioner's house bearing No.6-3-338 situated at New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court, by order dated 08.10.2010 directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to open the locks of the subject Temple in their presence and allow to manage the same until further orders. In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
