The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that in spite of efforts he is unable to get in touch with his client. This Court has reason to believe that with the passage of time, the petitioner / person claiming through him is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
