CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.15424 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in F.A.No.228/2009 dated 2711-2009 of the Additional Bench of A.P.State Consumer Redressal Commission at Hyderabad in confirming the orders of the District Forum-III, Hyderabad in C.C.No.353/2008, dt. 28-01-2009 and to set aside the same."
At the hearing, Mr.Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client is willing to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and that therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed without adjudicating the same on merits and with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
