THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28920 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not arresting the unofficial respondents i.e., respondents 4 to 8 herein in Crime No.21/2013 on the file Marriguda Police Station, Nalgonda District is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to investigate the case and arrest the unofficial respondents herein forthwith and pass ..."

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.21 of 2013, investigation is completed and a final report was filed on 27.07.2018 before the concerned Court referring it as 'lack of evidence'.

If the petitioner has got any grievance or having any objections, the remedy available to her is to filing of a protest application before the concerned Court. In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, as per law, on the final report.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
